I just replaced the intake manifold gasket, supercharger plenum gasket and spark plugs. Now it will turn over but not start. It was running great before this repair. It does have a code 0123, throttle position sensor listed. I pulled a plug and I have spark and I have fuel at the fuel rail.?

I am an amateur mechanic but in my experience with automotive repairs I would start by checking the gap on the new spark plugs installed and then test each spark plug for a spark. If all the spark plugs are not firing then the next thing I would do is have the ignition module checked at any local auto parts store. If the ignition module is found to be faulty then you will have to replace it. If it checks out to be good then there could be a problem with one of coils or the coil pack depending on the ignition system installed. If none of these suggestions give you results then the car will have to go under computer diagnosis. Besides the throttle position sensor problem listed it could also be between the cam shaft sensor and the crank shaft position sensor.

Good Luck.
