I have a 2003 Pontiac Montana with the same problem. I have put brake fluid in it and the lights still won't go off. Is there any other reason for this?

Is it the ABS light or the yellow brake light thats on? Do you have any trouble with braking?

It is the brake light and another one in the shape of a circle with a wavy design inside the circle.

For the brake light, make sure the e-brake is fully released and the master cylinder is full of fluid. You should be able to read ABS codes with a professional scanner, but my guess would be a faulty ABS sensor
