I HAVE REPLACED THE BATTERY AND THE ALTERNATOR, AND IS STILL NOT CHARGING THIS IS THE THIRD ALTERNATOR I'VE PUT IN THIS VAN, WHAT DO I HAVE TO LOOK FOR, FRIENDS VAN- HE SAID HE TOOK TO A MECH, AND THEY REPLACED SOMETHING IN THE BRAIN BOX WITHIN THE AIR FILTER BOX,EIC OR SOMETHING TO THAT NATURE

Check the alternator charge rate at the main terminal at the alternator, you will want approx 13.4 to 14.5 Volts, If not, the alternator and /or the voltage regulator is faulty. Start there.
