1991 Pontiac Lemans 1991 Fuel Pump will not start

1991 Pontiac Lemans 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have just purchased a new fuel pump for my pontiac, and some how I am not getting any electricity to it. Does anyone know where I can get a wiring diagram for the car or have any other suggestions?

Check the fuel pump relay and fuse. Note: All you got is 2secs to look for power before the relay cuts it out-The computer energizes the relay.
