I CAN'T GET THE BOLTS OUT OF THE UPPER CONTROL ARM TO REPLACE THE BUSHINGS. I GOT THE NUT OFF BUT THE BOLT JUST SPINS AND I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO FORCE IT OUT?

You really need to take the control arm off to do this. If you have both nuts off then lightly tap the bolts away from the frame. Remember to disconnect the spindle from the a arm as well. Then remove the nuts on end of the bushings and use an air cisel to drive the bushings out. You'll really need a good vise for this as well to hold it.
