Grand Prix repair

I have a 96 grand prix 3100 v-6 we have checked everything to find out why it will not start. Had starter checked, battery checked car will not turn over will not crank nothing happens. Theres no clicking as if it was trying to start its quiet no start. Lights work. Tried to start in other gears will not start. What else could it be?

If I read this right, you have battery voltage for accessories, just a no crank from the starter? First thig to check is fuseible links at your starter, then the heavy cable to the starter, then the Ignition wire, usually small striped wire, check it between the starter and ignition switch! HaPPY HUNTING. Oh one thing, can the engine be turned with a wrench? May be siezed?
