Electric door and windows

I have a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix we bought used about a year ago. About a month ago the power windows stopped working for a couple days, then worked again briefly, then stopped again. Then a few days later the power locks stopped working from the remote or door switch, but still work when placed in drive. Any ideas?

This happened with the passenger side window of my 2002 grand prix. Eventually, the window quit working altogether. They said the regulator had broken and because it was attached to the whole frame (including motor), I had to replace the entire motor and everything. For one window it was around $250, so it might be pricey to fix. Hope this helps.
