Breaks make a loud ticking noise under slight breaking

Good Day,
I have a 1998 Grand Prix, 320k, auto.
The car has newly installed breaks and now a few weeks later the front right break makes a loud ticking noise under slight breaking that ticks at about the same rate of the tire rotation. There seems to be no loose parts or cracked pads or anything like that. What could it be from?

Were the rotors machined? If so, they should have put a non-direction surface on them after maching them or it will act lit the old 33 rpm records and pull the BRAKE pads into the center until they pop back.
