My friends car had no problems with heat when summer was ending, but it just got worse. No matter what level we put it on or where we want it it doesn't work at all. No sound no heat, nothing. Not even when driving not a thing.
I've been told to check fuses and even test the blower motor, but I was wondering what all could it be?
If you could help me out, I could use a list of all the things it could be. That way when or if I take it in they can't give me any kind of BS about it.I'll know.
Thanks so much.

First, do you hear the blower motor run when you turn the switch on? If not check the fuse to see if it is blown, if it is blown change it and try the blower, if the fuse blows again you have something pulling too much power which is blowing the fuse. If the fuse is good; then take the connector off of the blower motor and test if you are getting 12 volts at that connector. If you are getting 12 volts then you probably have a bad blower motor. If no voltage then it can be either a bad ground, bad blower resistor or a broken wire(highly unlikely). Hope this helps you track down what is going on. If you don't have a repair manual for your car get one, they well worth the small price that they cost.
