One of my rear brakes lights has went out. I replaced the bulb and the light still won't work. What should I do now?

I believe the turn and lower brake use the same bulb filament, just not at the same time. The bulb in question, does the turn signal work?

Just to double-check, I'd use a testlite on the circuit in question, check for voltage and ground with either the brake or turn activated. If there is no voltage, that circuit comes from the bcm. I'm not saying the bcm is faulty, maybe something wrong with the wiring circuit. Check for trouble codes. Just to add, I'd probably check the bulbs front and back, turn.
