My engine light came on, and indicated that I need knock sensors. I took it to a mechanic, and he indicated that he needed to remove a lot of parts, and wanted to charge me over $700.00. I would like to be informed, so that I don't get taken for a lot of money. Where are the knock sensors located, and how would you get to them. Does this model have more than one knock sensor?

You got 2 of them on the right side of engine 1-above the starter the other below the exhaust manifold. If you go for it you'll be taken I can do that for less the amount-see below
