Many large hardware stores sell individual dies, but this is a big one. You must know the size and pitch i.e. M14x1.5 for example, since these are almost always metric.
Also try a tool supply store, they usually deal in the higher end tools (SK for example).
If all else fails, try a auto shop or machine shop, but you will have to take the axle in to them.
