Driver information center display

After a drained battery was replaced by a repair shop, the "driver information center display" does not light up anymore. The three switches to the left of the display, ENG/MET, RESET and MODE had stopped functioning altogether. However, the traction switch and the traction off light still works. All fuses had been checked and none is blown.

What happens is the battery can have a voltage spike when reconnecting the battery which blows out the electrons in the information center. Either that or the battery was jumper or installed backwards. Here is a connector test so you can confirm the failure. (Below)

Yes, I had this problem as well I found a used one for $50.00 and installed it everything works again.
