2002 Grand Prix GT transmisson problem

I have a 2002 Gt that has a transmission problem. Has 98000 miles. 3.8 v6. When the engine is hot the transmission shifts hard. When the engine is cold it shifts normal. I have had to fluid and filter changed right after this started and did not help.

Did you try flushing the cooler?
And fill with fresh ATF
Did your problem start after tranny filter and fluid change
U may have the wrong fluid in
