I had my car in for an oil change. It sat outside overnight after the oil change. The outside temp was -22. I picked up the car. I had a 1/4 tank of gas. The car started at the repair shop. I drove it home live about 3 miles from the shop. I turned it off it was parked at a slight slope for 4 hours at -15 I went to start the car and it started then it died. I pushed it into the garage and added 6 gallond of gas and 1 pint of heat. I heated the garage to aboout 50 degrees for 5-6 hours and the car will start and then dies after about 30 seconds. In order to restart it I have to turn off the key. I have removed the battery. I'm not getting any service engine soon light message. Do you think I need to replace the fuel filer or fuel pump. If so, where are these located?
Thanks

To answer the where, the fuel pump is in the tank.

But I wouldn't condemn it without testing.

Damn that's cold!

ARe you sure that you are losing pressure or are you assuming?

Did you check for flow or pressure on the fuel system? Check it when it runs and when it dies.

Did you verify you have spark? Same here check it when it runs and when it dies.
