2000 Pontiac Grand Prix Blow motor only works on high!

Hello everyone,

I recently replaced the (AC/Heater) blower on my 2000 Grand Prix. Over the years the low and medium speeds of the fan stopped working and now it only runs on high. I thought the replacement would solve the issue but the problem remains. Has anyone else experienced this problem before and how did you resolve it?
