1999 Pontiac Grand Prix Clunk and shake

Recently i have noticed that there is alot of shaking coming from only the passenger front endl, could this be an allignment issue, I cant remember the last time I had it done. Also I sometimes hear a clunk when I have to tun hard (turning around, U turns) could these this be related.
