I have a 99 Pontiac Grand Prix that makes a loud clicking only when I turn right. The whole time I'm turning.(click click click fast)It sounds like it's coming from the front right side. We've changed both cv joints and It was missing a motor mount we replaced that, struts are not leaking. So what would be making this noise and how can I get it to stop. Our mechanic is very stumped he can't pin point it either.Any info would be helpful. Thanks so much.

Clicking noise in turns is classic to a bad CV joint, but since you replaced them,

Raise car, put on stands, grasp wheel and push/pull both horizontally and vertically looking for any movement. If movement, then could be front hub bearings, ball joints.
I would also inspect brakes, bracket, calipers, rotors, pads.
