1999 Pontiac Grand Prix car acts like getting no gas

Engine Performance problem
1999 Pontiac Grand Prix 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

car acts like it is getting no gas change fuel pump and crank shaft sensor starts and runs maybe half hour couple hours later it will start and does same thing

Best solution is to measure fuel pressure at test port with a mechanical gauge.

What exactly is it doing, stalling, no power, missing?

The 99 3.4 engine had some problems with coilpack and plug wire failure.

Have change fuel pump and crank shaft censor and had ign module tested it is 3.8 engine it runs a couple hours and next day wont start and does not matter cold or hot it just dies out fuel pressure is 52lbs and when it dies out motor still cranks but wont start sometimes the engine will hydor lock when trying to start

Hydro-lock?

Then you have a bad headgasket, intake manifold or cracked head.
