i have suction when I take the oil cap off when car is running

This is normal, the PCV valve is connected to manifold vacuum and its job is to suck crankcase fumes back into intake, when you remove the oil cap with engine running, it is the vacuum from the engine sucking those fumes back to intake that you are hearing.
