1997 Pontiac Grand Prix exhaust hangers

my hanger behind the resonator rusted away. This part was welded to the pipe. I have the 2 rubber donuts. The 2 hooks welded to the underside are good. Can I buy a replacement part?

You would have to buy that section of exhaust pipe where hanger is welded to.

You could also take to local muffler shop and get a new piece of pipe welded in with hanger.
