1995 Pontiac Grand Prix 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 132K miles

My muffler is coming loose. Is there anyway I can reattach it? I'm a student on an extremely tight budget and really can't afford to take it in anyplace. The pipe has dropped but it seems I should be able to fix that myself. Thanks!

Hi:
What is causing the muffler to drop? There are rubber mounts that it attaches to. Are they broken or is the steel attachment from the muffler rusted and broken.
