1995 Pontiac Grand Prix

Are they both 3.1 m engines? I remember once I put 3.4l heads on a 3.1l and I had to use the 3.4 intake. But it worked. The problem I had was a cracked head on the 3.1 so I put on both the 3.4 heads. Hope this helps
