i have changesd the fuel filter and the throttle positioning sensor, and there was no change.

Do you have a check engfine light?
Clean out the idle air control valve and test the manifold absolute pressue sensor and the MAF sensor with an electronic cleaner CRC -to include a fuel pressure check
