Is there a fuel fuse or why does it seem like gas is not reaching engine. Fuel pump was changed out in feb of last year2009

There is a fuse and relay for pump.

To test pump, apply 12V to terminal "G" of diagnostic link, this sends power directly to pump, bypassing relays and fuse.

If pump runs, then fuse or relay.
