I have uploaded a video clip of the noise i am experiencing. It has to be coming from the driver side of the car. The whine is hard to listen at first but gets better to listen to at the end

I need to know if you hear this noise only while driving, or while sitting still as well. This will help me narrow it down.

Also, does the noise get louder with speed?

O.K. I this is either a wheel bearing or the brakes. If the sound changes (to a grinding sound) as you hit the brakes at any speed, then it's the brakes.

If the sound is like a jet engine ready for take off that gets louder the faster you go, then it's the wheel bearing.
