Ok how can i fix this myself with a helicoil and what do i torgue it to?

you may be able to fix this but i kind of doubt it. You can try a heli coil but there is 200+ pounds of pressure to open the valve. The torque for the stud should be around 30 ft. lbs. Do yourself a favor and just replace the cylinder head, more exspensive, but it's done right and you won't need to do it twice....
