2003 Pontiac Grand Am 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have problems with the 2 front windows comming off the trac and other issues that were cover undering manfacturing warranty. I now have 61000 miles on the care and I the ability to open both front windows. I can her the motor working but the windows stay up unless I manualy move them down. I don't understand why GM won't fixed the problem when the issue was under warranty and was not resolved. The dealership that I used was not the one I bought the car from, but are reputable and always was please with the results of other problems they took care of. Now they won't consider any other options. Thanks for your time

I want to make sure I understand what you are saying.......

I know there are a couple of Technical Service Bulletins relating to the problem you are saying.

You said the car is now currently under warranty and they will not do anything about it?

Or the car was under warranty when you talked to them about it and it was not fixed and now it is outside the warranty?
