Hello,

The window regulator moves the window up and down in a channel that guides it. Sometimes the regulator can come off the channel, when that happens you could have a window that goes up and down very slowly or stuck in a position due to too much friction due to being off the track.

In order to access the regulator you will have to remove the inner door panel. The door panel is mounted by few screws and plastic fasteners.
You should be able to take it apart by using simple hand tools.
