2000 Pontiac Grand Am Loud Ticking/rattling/knocking

Loud ticking/rattling/knocking coming from the timing chain side of motor. I think it might be the water pump but I am unsure. The noises are very loud and get louder with more rpm's.

Remove the belt and grab the pulleys by hand, looking for any excessive movement.

If waterpump, it would be a bearing, also look for any coolant leaks at the waterpump "weephole".
