i have a 99 grand am with 117,000 miles. everytime i go over a bump in the road or take a turn etc...i hear this high pitched sweaking noise. my mechanic friends say its definetly the back passenger side tire. i thought it was the strut so i had that replaced. the noise still isnt gone. any ideas on what it could be?
