what does it mean when the ABS light & Low TRAC light comes on

It means the ABS system has detected a malfunction, and you need to get the codes read with a scanner that can read GM abs or C codes. If you don't and just start thowing parts at it, you may or may not get lucky! If the red brake light is also on, check fluid level in the master. If it's low, you need a brake job!
