My dash lights are not working and I though maybe a fuse was blown. Then I realized that my "parking light" the rear lights that are always on when driving at night are not working either. The two have something in common. It happened on and off for a while now they are both completely out. Is this a fuse or a short in a wire somewhere?

Thank you

It could be a fuse or short, either. Check the tail lamps fuse 20 amp, if It blew, check for short. You can use a test lite on the fuse circuit, so you don't blow all your fuses, if it is a short. The lite will come on, if the circuit goes to ground. The circuit after the switch, isn't activated till you turn on the the headlite switch.
