I have changed the rotors, pads and back brakes and rear hardware.. The car seems to coast to a stop rather than really stop.I'm not sure what to check next. This seems to be really noticeable over 35 mph.
The booster seems to be working and the pedel seems firm. Please advise.

To test the booster, pump the pedal with the engine off until all vacuum is expelled, then with your foot on the brake start the engine and you should feel the booster suck up a little under foot pressure, check this next.
