I DISCOVERED COOLANT IN MY OIL. IS THAT A CRACKED BLOCK OR HEAD OR JUST A GASKET? HOW MUCH TO FIX?

haard to say could be either one, could even be a bad intake manifold, manifold gasket or a bad oil cooler also.

to find out what it is yoiu will have to do a compression test on all cylinders.
