Hello, how long since a tune-up? If you can't remember, I'd start there. Any trouble codes? At the least, you need an obd11 code reader, to check for codes.

The code has to do with your evap system.

Will the motor still run if this is the problem with the evac system, I have done some checking on it today and now im thinking its the fuel pump that stopping it from running I have very little pressure on the fuel rail and it wont start I had it running yesterday and it was back fireing and running rougher than hell now it wont start

First, I'd give it a tune-up. That includes using a fuel pressure gage and checking proper fuel pressure. Some of the national brand autostores used to loan out a fuel pressure gage, if you don't have one.
