Hi, I heard alot things about my car and the flaws that they have through forums, friends and what not, my key experience while owning this car has been overheating. When I first got the car of course it had problems, but all I had to do was fix it, so far since last year mid summer I had a new water pump, new thermostat, and recently a new radiator. But for some strange reason my car runs about 3/4 on the engine temperature after its warmed up and drivern for a while, it does not get past 3/4 but its pretty up there, and I wanted to know if this is the normal temperature for these cars? Also my fan belt DOES work (if thats what its called) but its not doing enough in my opinion. Is it also possible to install a second fan belt? Seeing as how most cars have two and mines have only one?

Temp gauge uses a seperate sender for gauge, so sender or gauge may be bad.

To confirm, scan PCM in live data and observe PCM coolant temp vs. Gauge reading.

I have already replaced the temperature sender a while back last year and it helped out a little, but its still getting close to the red zone around 3/4 and up. Mostly this happens on a really hot day but as the temperature drops outside it doesn't overheat that much at all. Is it that the thermostat is going bad again, because I also replaced it last year as well.
