1995 Pontiac Grand Am 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i want to swap my 2.3 dohc engine with a larger one besides the 3.1 6cly. What do you sugest. What problems would I run into.

You could swap any engine that came in the 95 GA.

Problems would be wiring harness, ECM, motor mounts, trans. Mounts, trans connection to engine, CV shafts. It would be a big job.

If you swap outside the box, that is, any engine that was NOT offered in the 95, then you run into fabrication issues.
