1994 Pontiac Grand Am failed insp. For toe play

I think you have a pretty good start with what you have listed. The first thing I would look at would be the ball joints. Make sure the bushings haven't failed, also make sure that the crown nuts on the ball joints (if they have them) are still on and tight. If all of these things are ok I would move on to the tie rods. Again checking for basically the same things. Hope this helps a little bit. Good Luck
