1994 Pontiac Grand Am 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

94, 2.3 pontiac grand am when accelerating get black smoke and no acceleration then it will come out of it then accelerate and go back into it? Don't know how to tell if its the coils or coil cover? Or god know what else

Welcome to the forum, thanks for the donation. How long since a tune-up? Check for trouble-codes. Possibly an injector issue, maybe something telling the computer to add more gas. Use a gage and check fuel pressure.
