The misfire on the fourth cylinder can be caused from various sources. This may be the source of the fuel smell as the fuel may not be getting burned on that cylinder.

Try swapping the fourth and second cylinder plugs to see if the misfire moves to the 3rd cylinder.

What is the 8th digit of the VIN? This may be a quad 4 motor which canl complicate things a little.

There may not be spark plug wires on it. IF there are, swap the fourth and third plug wires.
