the computer did not have any power going to it?

Hello,

The service engine soon light came on and when performing a diagnostic on it the computer did not have any power going to it. i was told there was no reading that appeared on the screen. any clue how to solve this problem?

Hello,

It is likely due to a burn fuse that power the diagnostics port.
Check the fuse number 11, in the fuse box that is located on the lest of the instrument panel it should be a 25A fuse.
