The car acts as if it is dead the dash lights come on the radio comes on I bought a new battery and a new brain and I had the alternator checked and they said its ok so what could be the problem the car will not turn over

If your car doesnt make a clicking sound when you turn the key it could be a starter issue. However, if the starters good it could be you bought a bad battery, its happend to me before. Good Luck!
