Obd ii diagnosed codes p0443, p0449 and 1518. I replaced crankshaft sensor car started ran about 5 minutes coughed and stalled under the hood were a few instruments that seemed very hot to the touch more so than what they should be. The initial problem that made me change the crankshaft sensor was that the car would run rough have poor gas mileage then it seemed like it would over heat stall and need an excessively long time to sit before it would start again when it would start it would run for 20 minutes and do the same thing all over......what can it be

this needs to be checked by a pro as he has to use a scan tool to properly diagnose what is wrong. the part you changed wasn't what was wrong. One is the evap cannister purge and the other is a TAC module and the module may be what the problem is but has to be tested properly to see or not.....
