The passenger side running light/blinker socket keeps burning up. I had it replaced and within a week it was burned again. I also had to have my alternator replaced at the same time as the socket. A friend told me that it could be that my coil needs to be grounded better. I don't know if this is true but it sounds logical. Any ideas? The car runs great and I haven't had any other problems.

Ok if you would is this the front or the rear bulb? Here is where the groud is located on the front, the ground is located on the right or passanger side radiator support. The rear is located on the latch release bracket. Make sure these grounds are good and clean. What coil is you friend talking about? Let me know how it goes.
