1999 Pontiac Firebird car don't want to turn over

Based on what I gather from your message, the starter kill will not reset itself. The only solution would be to have the alarm system removed. You should not have had to purchase a starter kill system for your car becuase all late modle Firebirds come equiped with the Pass Key II anti-theft system. Notice the little black chip on the ignition key? When the key is incerted into the ignition, a sensor reads the code in the chip. If the code is correct, power is allowed to the starter and the vhicle will start. If someone attempts to start the vehicle without the coded chip, the system kills power to the starter for 4 minutes before reseting. Each time an unauthorized start is attemped, the start kill activates. The after market alarm system you purchased appears to work differently. It also could be conflicting with the factory system. Remove the system you purchased and try starting you car. Good Luck.
