My turning signal bulbs are lit, but they stopped blinking in the dash display and outside the car in both directions.
I checked the fuse, in the main fuse box by the drivers side door, and it looked ok to me. What else could the problem be? Is there a relay or something that could have failed?

You mean the actual turn lever attached to the steering column, I'm assuming. What is the best way to test it? Do I need to take the wheel off to do this?
