1994 Pontiac Firebird V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 1994 Pontiac Fire Bird Tran-am. The Head Light Cover Acuators/motors are making a noise when I turn the lights off. The Dealership and a independent maechanic tell me they need to be replaced. The Haynes Repair Manual for Cherrolet Camaro Pontiac Firebird 1993 thru 2002 does not even mention Head Light Covers or acuators. Where do I go to get the procedures to replace these motors?

You can go to www. Yearone. Com and order any part you desire.

If you'd like to do something locally and save money, visit your nearest junk yard. If they don't have the specific part you need, they'll call around until they find it. And they can also install it for you also.

I believe you read the question wrong. I didn't ask where to get the parts I asked what the procedures were or where do I find the procedures to take the motors out and put them back in.

Headlight Cover actuators/motors.

THEY ARE NOT IN THE HAYNES REPAIR MANUAL.

Unfortunately, I'm looking in "AllData" and it doesn't list any procedures either. (Only part prices and labor rates)

And this is the service almost all shops use. So, you'll probably have to grab your ratchet and get into it. It shouldn't be that hard.

Hopefully, another mechanic on this forum will have a firebird and know the procedure. Keep your question posted.

Sorry.
