1991 Pontiac Firebird 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive 150000 miles

hi I have a 1991 Pontiac firebird that I replace the steering column on and it wont crank but started befor replaced column. I changed out the key for the original and still nothing and I have power to starter and to the ignition and I cant figure it out

If it wasn't the correct steering column then that is more thatn likely your problem. The wireing is probably different Also if you had the key with the diode in it for security and now you don't that's another problem.
