1989 Pontiac Firebird Replacing fuel filter

Please tell me where to locate the fuel pump so I can disconect the electric wire to remove the pressure so I can change the fuel filter.

The fuel pump is in the gas tank, find your gas tank, it is either on the side or the top.

It would be better pulling the fuse and starting the car.
